Meeting with Lisa each week made sure I was held accountable to someone else which was incredibly useful for me, as I was getting distracted by other ‘shiny’ goals and ‘to do’s’ without realising and Lisa kept bringing me back to centre; ensuring I was achieving the agreed goals.

In just one session, Lisa was able to get through to me clearly and intuitively on what I needed; the ability to prioritise. She showed me some handy thought and brainstorming exercises to do this which have 100% helped.
